The Delivery Manager is responsible for:
Market Unit SME for Delivery Tooling (e-Monitoring); acting as a key liaison with Group for intercepting new releases, and building the knowledge, capability and expertise across the unit.
Working closely with the OneFinance programme, firmly establishing toolsets with the Cross-Contract view, providing assurance of both compliant and relevant use.
Supporting financial reporting in Delivery Assurance.
Managing work requests received from the wider Market Unit; utilising the expertise from within Delivery Assurance to provide responses that fulfil stakeholder needs and are aligned to the strategic vision of automation and efficiency saving.
Required skills:
The confidence to challenge the "as is" and work with the teams without guidance.
Self-driven and motivated, being involved in the delivery of, or taking ownership of, internal products and improvement initiatives.
Good communication and stakeholder management; this role will work closely with the DA Leadership Team and other key MU functions.
A pragmatic approach to Agility. The team's ways of working don't always truly reflect Agile frameworks; you will need to observe, understand, and support the team by adapting your agile skills, experience, and techniques.
