Role: Defrost Weekend Team Leader
Location: Laforey Road, Grimsby
Shift: Saturday, Sunday
Salary: £15.35 per hour

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Defrost Weekend Team Leader to join our growing Production team. As a Production Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations of a designated production line/team within the Production Area.

Key responsibilities as a Defrost Weekend Team Leader will include:

Through the S.I.C process, record and escalate any issues to the Team Manager and carry out actions that have been agreed in order to correct any losses.
Review product giveaways and escalate any issues affecting giveaways to the Team Manager.
Support the investigation/actioning of any non-conforming processes/products to reduce waste and ensure that Batch Yield is on target.
Be aware of the labour cost of the designated production line/team and support the Team Manager in efforts to improve this labour cost.

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Defrost Weekend Team Leader will include:

Previous food production experience.
Ability to interpret data (Screen display).
Good attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible.
