We also work with leading projects and blockchains to design their DeFi ecosystem, provide on-chain risk curation and vault management services through Re7 Labs. We are looking for a talented DeFi Business Development person - your role is to support the Re7 Group, scale its vaults, establish partnerships and source crypto clients who could benefit from Re7’s product suite.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with L1 foundations, distribution partners and crypto whales
Work closely with the Re7 Labs team with the focus on scaling on-chain vaults
Source clients for the broader product suite of Re7
Prepare and manage various forms of sales collateral
Attendance and participation at industry events
Increase global brand awareness and reputation via speaking engagements, content generation etc
Minimum Requirements:
Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business in the crypto industry
3+ years of sales experience across Crypto, TradFi or FinTech
Experience building relationships with a top-tier investor base
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence a network of long-term relationships
Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership & accountability for consistent results
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
