Job title: Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: Southampton
Salary: £45,000-£55,000
PQE Level: 0-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Solicitor to join our L500 client in Southampton. This role offers a great opportunity for a Solicitor from the NQ + level to grow their experience working with leading insurer and corporate clients, with fantastic opportunities to develop client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling a caseload of defendant personal injury claims from start to finish.
  2. Conducting investigations and analyzing evidence.
  3. Providing legal advice to clients.
  4. Preparing court documents and representing clients in hearings.
  5. Building strong client relationships.
  6. Staying updated with legislation and case law changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law on either the claimant or defendant side, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
