Our Defence technology practice is growing fast. We have bold ambitions and see an even greater opportunity in the market. We are looking for a Senior Manager in our Defence cloud and data transformation team to drive your extensive Defence industry experience and networks to help us identify, win and deliver projects for our Defence clients.

What Your Days Will Look Like

1. Leveraging your industry networks and knowledge to identify and convert new opportunities.
2. Contributing to the development of the market for large scale tech enabled transformation delivery – researching opportunities to work with new and existing clients and helping to bring new offers to the market.
3. Owning senior stakeholder relationships within Defence clients and the broader Defence ecosystem to support the delivery of engagements and enhance your already extensive networks in the market.
4. Supporting the design and delivery of iconic, tech-enabled transformation programmes for some of the largest public sector clients in the UK.
5. Helping to grow our multi-specialism Defence technology team, developing the tools and techniques that will help our clients transform their ways of working and secure better outcomes for the people and places they serve.
6. Leading on the management of engagement economics, risk and issue management, performance, project and programme management.

This Role Is For You If

1. Possess extensive experience of working in the Defence public sector and bring a comprehensive network of relationships across the industry.
2. Have proven experience of tech-enabled transformation programmes aligned with one of our core skills areas.
3. Have proven experience of business development approaches from origination to opportunity development and conversion.
4. Understand transformation opportunities in the Defence sector and the general factors to be considered while designing and implementing complex transformation programmes.
5. Have the ability to forecast costs and manage to programme timelines and budget.
6. Have the ability to travel as required to meet client needs.
