The Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Decorating Repairs & Support Technician with a strong multi-trade skillset to undertake reactive decoration works on both internal and external areas of our properties. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting high-quality decoration repairs.
2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
4. Communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in decorating and multi-trade repairs.
2. Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Valid driving license.
