Job Description
The Debt Recovery Solicitor will be:
- Managing a caseload of technical debt recovery matters, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
- Working closely with the property sales team and clients to give expert advice.
- Drafting legal documents, including claims, responses, and settlement agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
The Debt Recovery Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor with ideally 0-4 years' PQE and experience in debt recovery.
- Knowledgeable in relevant legislation, including the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Proactive with a focus on continuous professional development.
