Job description

Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Aylesford, Kent to recruit a Day Shift Loading Shovel Driver to join their team. This is an exciting, full-time and permanent role.


The shift pattern is 4 on and 4 off from 7am to 7pm.


£15.77 per hour which makes a yearly salary of £39,360 per year.


Overtime available.

Responsibilities:
  1. To load material as instructed within the company department.
  2. To abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed.
  3. To follow instructions regarding the sorting of material.
  4. To load material into the processing systems.
  5. To keep product bays in order.
  6. To ensure all checks are completed on equipment before use.
  7. To carry out maintenance when required (if qualified).
  8. To ensure all required PPE is worn at all times.
  9. To help with maintenance as directed.
  10. To ensure the work area is kept tidy.
