A great opportunity for an experienced Oracle DBA to join a global manufacturing organisation as they embark on an expansion journey!
Your new role:
- Daily maintenance of the Oracle E-business suite / SQL ecosystem
- Monitor, troubleshoot and manage servers
- Recommendations and implementations to enhance the environment
- Migrations, system upgrades and patching work
- Ensure no downtime and maximum efficiency
- Disaster recovery and back ups
- Carry out all tasks with a security and compliance focused approach
- Point of escalation for issues
- Respond to and resolve tickets
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years' working in an Oracle DBA role
- Extensive experience with Oracle DB within EBS stack
- Proficient with patching, upgrading, disaster recovery and cloning
- Confident with Autoconfig templates, middleware, and applications analysers
- Worked with SQL server admin and hosted Cloud Services
