Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive database administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting administrative processes and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update paperwork and electronic record systems
2. Input and retrieve data within the operating systems as required
3. Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoice payments and purchase orders

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience in developing and maintaining systems and procedures
2. Strong multitasking and workload prioritisation skills
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related tools
4. Familiarity with SDS systems is highly desirable
