We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LIMS Administrator to join our client's growing team in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring it meets regulatory and quality standards. You will also deliver training and 1:1 support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
LIMS Management: Oversee day-to-day management and configuration of the LabWare LIMS, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with quality standards.
System Upgrades & Enhancements: Plan and implement system upgrades, proactively recommending process enhancements to optimize system usage and laboratory workflows.
Support & Training: Provide specialist advice, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training sessions to staff on LIMS processes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the LIMS meets regulatory requirements, maintains relevant documentation, and supports internal and external audits.
About You:
Qualifications: BSc in biological sciences or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: Proficiency in SQL and database management, experience with LIMS, and knowledge of regulatory compliance documentation. Prior experience in a laboratory setting or cancer biology research is advantageous.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a team environment. Experience with LabWare LIMS coding and creating reports using Crystal Reports is desirable.
