Up to £64,000

Reading (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement solutions for moderately complex client problems with clear success criteria.
• Support team growth and success while identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage client relationships and large projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Innovate beyond basic feature engineering in model development.
• Deploy and evaluate ML models in production.
• Mentor junior team members in model development and deployment.
• Utilize Python, SQL, and Tableau for analysis on an AWS data platform.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Sales/Market Research teams

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong Python skills (bonus: C++, SQL, Spark)
• Experience in ad tech, audience , supervised ML models, email, and advertisement .
• End-to-end data science project experience is ideal
• Ability to own solutions and manage stakeholders
