Location: Desford, Leicestershire
Contract: 12 months (likely to extend)
Rate: Up to £21.74 per hour Umbrella – Inside IR35
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days on-site (may increase to 5)
Hours: 08:00–16:00 (30 min lunch)

The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on improving data processes and solving real business problems. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team of 30, working on meaningful projects with plenty of room to innovate.

Key Skills

1. Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Python/R, SQL
2. Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
3. Strong communicator, able to work with all levels of the business

1. Background in manufacturing is a plus, but not essential
2. Degree or relevant experience considered
