The Data Quality Team at NESO is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data throughout the organization. Our primary responsibilities include implementing and establishing a robust data quality framework, monitoring data controls, and driving continuous improvement in order to support data-driven decision-making. We are committed to maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity, and we work diligently to identify and resolve any data quality issues that may arise. By doing so, we aim to provide accurate and reliable data that can be trusted for informed decision-making across the organisation.
As Data Quality Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the Data Quality Manager in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our organization. You will assist in data profiling activities, implement data quality controls, and monitor data quality metrics. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing data validation, and cleansing procedures, and investigating data quality issues. You will also contribute to data governance initiatives and provide support to end-users on data quality practices and tools.
In the Data Quality Team, you will have ample opportunities to learn and develop essential skills in data quality management. You will gain hands-on experience with data profiling, validation, and cleansing techniques, as well as exposure to industry-standard tools and technologies.
This role is based from Warwick and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Evidence of strong stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Data Quality - Analysis, profiling, measurement and management.
• Exceptional communication skills – ability to articulate data quality concepts and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evidence of using any data quality tools (Informatica, Trillium, Talend etc) and techniques.
• Ability to organise work based on business value - project management skills to effectively plan, execute and report to management on the progress, risk, and mitigation actions.
• Evidence of working in Agile environment.
• An understanding of how data is captured, stored, and accessed, with a good understanding on databases and SQL.
• Experience on data visualization tools - Data quality metrics, building DQ metrics in tool and communicating the same to stakeholders.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining.

A competitive salary between £46,000 - 55,000 – dependent on experience and capability.
