A leading London Market insurer is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to play a key role in maintaining data accuracy and governance across the business. You will be responsible for improving data quality frameworks, resolving delegated authority data issues and ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder Reporting Standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a Data Quality Framework, ensuring robust governance and data integrity.
• Work with data owners and stewards to improve data quality processes.
• Identify and resolve delegated authority data quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder Reporting Standards for new and renewed binders.
• Support the adoption of data quality tools and ensure their effective use across the business.
• Monitor data quality performance, providing insights to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments to improve alignment and avoid duplication in data initiatives.

Experience and Skills Required

• Understanding of delegated data management, data governance and quality best practices.
• Experience in a data quality role within financial services or the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a strong interest in data accuracy and governance.
