The Role:
- Advise on UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR
- Support corporate transactions (e.g. M&A and outsourcing)
- Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy policies
- Guide clients on data transfers and governance frameworks
- Deliver training and insights on data protection issues
About You:
- 4 years'+ PQE (Scots or E&W qualified) with data protection experience
- Strong skills in advisory and transactional privacy matters
- Clear and confident communication and drafting skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, AI or emerging tech
