Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise on data privacy risks and compliance obligations under FCA and GDPR.
2. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices (GDPR, UK Data Protection Act).
3. Oversee Data Subject Access Requests, retention and deletion policies.
4. Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments.
5. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data protection framework aligned with regulatory requirements.

Your Background:

1. 2-4 years of experience in data protection and regulatory compliance.
2. In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws (including GDPR, UK Data Protection Act).
3. Experience with OneTrust software is desirable.
4. A legal background is preferred.
