We are currently recruiting for a Data Product Manager to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
As the Data Product Manager you will support and drive strategy implementation for data products, ensuring alignment with RSA’s business goals and data strategy. You will act as the product owner for data products, defining and managing product roadmaps that align with business objectives and ensure timely delivery of data assets.
You will prioritize and manage the product backlog and delivery squads, ensuring that the highest-value features are delivered first, while balancing technical debt and scalability considerations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure that data products meet user needs.
You will lead Agile sprints for the development of data products, ensuring that teams remain focused on delivering value in an iterative, rapid-deployment environment. You will ensure that all data products adhere to governance frameworks, including data quality, compliance, and security standards, while maintaining product performance and usability.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in managing and owning data products, with a record of delivering impactful solutions. You will have a background in the financial services or insurance industry, with an understanding of how data products can drive business value in these sectors.
You will have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and data tools like Databricks, with an understanding of how to leverage the platform for product development, data integration, and advanced analytics. You will have an understanding of Agile product management principles, with experience leading sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product iteration.
