The Raine Study cohort is one of the largest successful prospective cohorts of pregnancy, childhood, adolescence and now adulthood to be carried out anywhere in the world. Prospective longitudinal data has been collected at multiple time-points over pregnancy, infancy, childhood, adolescence and young adulthood. The cohort comprises of three generations, the index participants born between 1989 and 1992 are known as Generation 2, their parents are Generation 1 and their children are Generation 3.
