The Chief Data Office within Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) is responsible for establishing and enforcing data principles, policies and standards covering data management and all data lifecycle disciplines. We design effective Data Management policies and processes, set and oversee execution of the bank's Data Strategy, and enable risk reduction and compliance with Data related regulatory requirements.
You will have the chance to gain a deeper understanding of all aspects of data management, including processes, tools, roles and responsibilities relating to data governance and data quality management.

Your key responsibilities:- Partnering with Data Providers and Data Consumers to maintain Data Lineage, Authoritative Data Sources, and Producer-Consumer contracts
- Designing and implementing reporting to articulate progress of Data Management Capabilities adoption through KPIs
- Supporting Divisional Data Officers in front-to-back lineage work
- Managing inventory of Data Quality Issues related to strategic data sourcing process, with appropriate dependencies and materiality assessment
- Developing metadata to understand Data Controls across Data Providers and Data Consumers
- Directly responsible for supporting regulatory exams on questions related to strategic sourcing metadata
Your skills and experience:- Experience in developing Data Management framework, standards, processes
- Experience implementing Data Governance framework at a large and complex financial institution
- Experience working with Reference Data across Business Divisions and Data Consumer functions and an understanding of audit and IT Governance controls
- Experience managing inventory of Data Controls and an understanding of audit and IT Governance controls
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Data Management KPIs
- Exceptionally strong stakeholder management skills, and experience of interfacing with global regulators
