Data Management Assistant

Location: Ware and Broxbourne Campus - Broxbourne, HRT EN10 6AE GB

Salary range: £24,745 - £26,155 p.a. dependent on experience and qualifications

Job Advert:

Data Management Assistant - 36 hours per week Monday to Friday - £24,745 - £26,155 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. Holiday Entitlement - 25 Days per annum pro rata. Closing date: 2nd May 2025 @ Midday.

We are recruiting a Data Management Assistant for Hertford Regional College (HRC). The role will be predominantly based at the Ware Campus, with occasional travel required to the Broxbourne Campus.

About The Role: We are seeking an individual who can provide a full range of data and compliance duties. Working with colleagues across the college and external partners, you will help in maintaining high standards of accuracy to ensure college data and funding meets all required standards.

About You: You will have an analytical and numerate mindset and be able to demonstrate experience of working in a data and/or compliance environment within a customer-facing role. You will have the ability to process complex data in an accurate and timely manner and have good organisational and interpersonal skills. This role will suit someone who is seeking an opportunity to showcase their data management skills in this exciting educational environment.
