Job Title – Data Entry Clerk

Department/Sector – Purchasing

Job Location – Liverpool

Salary – £14.5k

One of our largest logistic clients has the great opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. They have offices grouped in 5 regions including Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working with management suppliers for the operation and interconnections of ocean and air freight platforms. Our hugely successful client has invested in a wealth of training available to employees to encourage professional development within the company.

As Data Entry Clerk you will input supplier invoices onto our systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and trace jobs and estimates within 7 working days
  • To assist your operational colleagues with technical assistance with purchasing and matching queries
  • Assist with the reduction of supplier invoices failing processes
  • Search and advise on any potential process improvements
  • General office administration

Requirements:

  • Experience of data inputting, tracking/tracing jobs and estimates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good ICT Skills
  • 5 GCSE’s
