VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting one of our major clients in Belfast with the recruitment of a Data Entry Administrator to join their expanding team. The organisation has a great reputation and places immense value on their staff.
This is a Monday-Friday position.
This will initially be a temporary contract of 9-12 months.
Salary: £25,053 + fantastic benefits package and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Validate new and amended connection agreements, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation.
Maintain accurate records and issue agreements to customers.
Update agreements for changes in suppliers or legal identity.
Address queries and discrepancies with internal teams and customers.
Maintain and report on the database.
Validate applications and resolve queries.
Support installers with application guidance.
Provide administrative support for technical records and the department.
Deliver customer-focused information and ensure data protection compliance.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Math and English, or 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Desirable Criteria:
Familiarity with systems like GNIS, PCR, JMS, and SAP.
