Role details
We are looking for a highly competent data entry administrator that thrives in a fast paced and self-sufficient environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives;

Main Responsibilities
  1. Produce quotations & progress into sales orders whilst ensuring customer orders are implemented correctly with 100% accuracy.
  2. Plan, prioritise and check sales orders and ensure the details are accurately transferred into our order management system.
  3. Gain an understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  4. Interpret instructions from various Sales Exec colleagues and identify any issues arising.
  5. Ensure administrative policies and procedures are adhered to.
  6. Provide high standard of customer service.
  7. Attend company provided training to develop relevant product knowledge, techniques and skills.
Education and Experience
  1. Strong data entry experience.
  2. Experience within a busy start-up environment.
  3. Excellent phone manner.
  4. Highly motivated.
  5. Ability to establish good working relationships.
  6. Good verbal and communications skills.
  7. Strong team player.
  8. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  9. Strong systems experience.
