North Hampshire (hybrid working 2 office days per week)

Salary: Negotiable up to £70,000

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail with circa 5 years' experience delivering data projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Insurance or Financial Services background is preferred.

The Role

1. Excellent stakeholder liaison to understand their requirements in order to deliver accurate project communications and updates
2. Host project kick-off calls, backlog refinement calls, daily check-ins to facilitate effective delivery management and team collaboration
3. Track all Data project costs to ensure they are in line with the approved spending. Perform variance analysis and implement corrective actions where necessary
4. Develop, maintain, publish and distribute accurate project plans, and proactively oversee they are actioned on time
5. Work with the Data PMO to ensure project financials and timesheets are accurate and imputed in a timely manner by your project team

What you will need

1. A background within the Insurance Industry or Financial Services is preferred
2. Significant experience as a Data Delivery Project Manager with good time/project management skills
3. A proven track record working with different project delivery methodologies e.g., Agile, Waterfall
4. Superior communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business
5. An excellent negotiator, influencer and networker
6. Ability to work as part of a team but also with a high degree of initiative and autonomy
