The team
ITV Studios is one of the biggest global creators, producers and distributors of TV content in the world.
Within ITV Studios is our Global Partnerships function, responsible for distributing over 90,000 active catalogue hours of film and television content to buyers such as broadcasters, streaming platforms, airlines and many more. As we continue to grow, providing the sales and distribution teams with the right tools to succeed in a competitive environment is critical to powering the future value of our content
To meet the ever evolving needs of the business, and to ensure we remain a market leader in the distribution space, ITV Studios and Global Partnerships are working on a major programme of change, building out new systems and capabilities for Rights, Content Sales & Licensing, Royalties and Contract Lifecycle Management.
A key part of this programme is to accurately migrate complex business data from our existing tools to the new technology.
The role
With an excellent understanding of media & entertainment licensing agreements, the Data Cleanse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing data cleanse activities across several business areas, ensuring all migration critical tasks identified and addressed prior to migration. As part of the role you will be responsible for analysing and reviewing complex licensing agreements and understanding how these have been set up in ITV's existing systems. This is required to identify areas where the data quality, accuracy and usability can be improved as part of ITV's migration to a new Sales & Licensing platform.
The role would be ideally suited to someone with a background working for an international distributor in either Sales & Licensing or Legal & Business Affairs; and, who is equally comfortable working across both business and technical domains as a core responsibility of the position will be to analyse, understand and organise large sets of media industry data.
