The Business Analytics team within Operational Excellence & Data Analytics is a global team responsible for driving the end-to-end data and analytics strategy across Life & Health Reinsurance. We are dedicated to creating tangible business impact through the strategic adoption of data and analytics. Our mandate is to empower the L&H community by embedding data-driven insights into decision-making processes, optimizing the use of data and analytics tools, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead the execution of our organizational data & analytics strategy, taking full responsibility for driving high-impact analytics initiatives that shape key business decisions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across market units to understand their strategic needs and facilitate the delivery of data-driven solutions that optimize business performance. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of advanced analytics tools and technologies, such as Generative AI, to accelerate innovation and elevate the organization’s analytics capabilities.
