Job Description:

Exciting newly created role for an experienced data and insights analyst with a focus on social listening, to join this lovely, growing and ambitious agency!

By deep diving into all things data, you will provide insights and analysis to ensure all the campaigns are relevant, impactful and even spot areas for business development!

You will work across social media channels, specifically TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, social listening and reporting back on competitor brands and social and cultural trends to aid decision making.

They have a European presence so there will be some very occasional travel to Europe, specifically Germany!

  • Hybrid working. 2-3 days in the London office
  • Working on a variety of social campaigns across numerous clients including automotive

The Role:

  • Ensure the success of social-oriented campaigns
  • Performance oriented, you’ll use data to guide continued improvement and identify opportunities
  • You’ll be the client’s go-to for all things data and analytics, with the support of an excellent creative and account team around you.
  • Using your social and digital data expertise you will export data and translate them into social & cultural insights & reports and make recommendations to enhance campaign performance and engagement
  • Understand the ‘why’ with campaign data and report this back to the client in an engaging and clear way, suggesting recommendations and new ideas to utilise their campaign success and reach
  • Build dashboards and analyse real-time data using Google Sheets
  • You will be client-facing as well as internal stakeholder management facing so you will build strong relationships and partner closely with them.
  • Identify opportunities for greater campaign success, also partnering with paid social strategy team and account management by staying on top of trends and any social platform changes
  • Initiate new ways of working across the department where appropriate, ensuring targets and KPIs are aligned

The Person:

  • Experience in a similar role- specifically in a social/influencer agency
  • Experience using Google Sheets, advanced Excel & SQL ideally
  • Must have experience in a social listening focused role
  • Understand all social channels, specifically TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Comfortable presenting to a group, including clients
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Speaking German is helpful but not vital
  • Process and detail-oriented
