As the Growth Enablement Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for collecting and analysing data from various sources and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
You will work closely with the Data and Insights lead as well as the wider Growth Enablement team to provide key analysis focusing on sales and retention data and best practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collect data from various sources, such as Dynamics 365 (CRM), 3rd party databases and surveys.
- Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Analyse data using statistical and visualization tools, such as Excel and PowerBI.
- Identify and communicate key trends, patterns, and insights to stakeholders.
- Create reports and presentations to showcase data findings and recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests, utilising relevant data sources to deliver insights and identify best practice gaps.
- Support sales and retention initiatives with data-driven insights and suggestions.
- Identify super user training needs and work closely with the CRM specialist to design and deliver training on key topics.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of sales and retention activities and toolkit changes on key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis.
Our ideal Growth Enablement Data Analyst will:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, business or analytics.
- Experience in data analysis, preferably in sales or retention.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel and PowerBI (or similar data visualisation tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to consolidate and interpret large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- High numeric sensitivity, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience of Microsoft D365 is preferable.
- Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
