What you'll be doing...
Data Analysis & Visualisation

Collect, organise, and analyse data to uncover meaningful insights.
Present clear, actionable findings that support business goals and help answer critical questions.
Use a range of tools and techniques to visualise data and tell compelling stories.
Develop templates and standards for visualisation that others can follow.
Lead data analytics projects from inception to delivery.

Data Management

Ensure data is accurate, interoperable, and aligned with business needs.
Cleanse, migrate, and integrate data across various systems, automating where possible.
Promote best practices in data management and governance.
Support colleagues in improving data literacy and usage.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understand and translate business needs into data solutions.
Communicate insights clearly to influence decisions and strategy.

Additional Responsibilities

Uphold data governance policies and contribute to strategy development.
Take on other duties aligned with business needs.

What You'll Bring:

At least 2 years' experience in a data analyst role
A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong skills in data analysis, data visualisation, and insight storytelling
High attention to detail and a critical-thinking mindset
Proficiency with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to present complex findings in a clear, engaging way for non-technical audiences
A collaborative spirit and a passion for improving data practices across the business
