What You’ll Do:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop Data Systems: Build and maintain data systems and databases, resolving coding errors and optimizing data management processes.
• Generate Reports & Dashboards: Create detailed reports and dashboards that support key business decision-making.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to prioritize information needs and tailor data solutions.
• Perform Diagnostic & Predictive Analytics: Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends that inform predictive and diagnostic analysis.
• Optimize Business Performance: Provide ongoing data-driven recommendations and perform validation and quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, R, and Python.
• Data Visualization Skills: Experience with tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data in an easily understandable format.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues using data-driven insights.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings clearly and concisely.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy and integrity in handling large datasets.
• Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, machine learning algorithms, and statistical methods is a plus.
