Our data team is being built from the ground up, and as an Experienced Sales Data Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our sales analytics function. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging data to drive sales performance and strategy. In this role, you'll focus on analyzing sales data to uncover actionable insights, identify key trends, and optimize sales strategies. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team to provide the data-driven support they need to enhance their decision-making processes. Your work will involve building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools that help visualize sales performance and drive business outcomes. Despite the evolving data environment, your contributions will be pivotal in setting the stage for future success. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple sources.
  • Identify key trends and performance metrics to drive sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to visualize sales data.
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure alignment with evolving data structures and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in data collection and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a sales data analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python for analysis, and Tableau.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with messy or unstructured data and an ability to navigate complexity.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise patience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders.

Salary Range: 50,000 - 65,000 Euros/year gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
