Data Analyst

Growth in the business means that we are looking to strengthen this team with an additional hire, meaning we can broaden the scope of work the team offers and serve more departments. Our Data Analyst will provide detailed analytical and statistical reports relating to all areas of airline and package holiday sales, revenue, budgeting, forecasting, product performance and availability.

What you’ll be doing:

• You'll produce visualisations and reports (using analytical tools like Tableau/Snowflake) and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a professional, clear manner.
• You'll develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs and other business metrics to measure sales performance.
• You'll confidently communicate with internal stakeholders, to understand and document detailed business requirements.
• You'll keep up to date with industry trends and best-practices in data analytics.

What you’ll have:

As our Data Analyst you will ideally be educated to a degree level or equivalent with a forward-thinking, can-do attitude. You’ll also have:

• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, VBA, M Code, with a high degree of literacy and numeracy.
• Experience of working with complex systems, requiring a high level of concentration and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret stakeholder requirements, and present results in a clear and compelling way.
• The ability to challenge existing ways of working and identify improved reporting opportunities.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider analytical team.
