Data Analyst - Power BI Specialist

Location: Chiswick, London (Onsite 3 Days Per Week)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join a dynamic and data-driven organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders to influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Power BI Dashboard Development - Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-impact Power BI dashboards, ensuring they provide valuable insights for senior decision-makers.

• Data Analysis & Storytelling - Extract, transform, and analyse data using SQL and Python, translating findings into clear, commercially relevant insights.

• Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with business leaders to understand their challenges, define reporting needs, and prioritise analytical opportunities.

• Business Intelligence & Automation - Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and automation using advanced analytics tools.

• Operational & Strategic Insights - Support decision-making by delivering deep analysis that drives performance improvement and business growth.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong Power BI Experience - Proven ability to design and develop enterprise-level dashboards, including expertise in DAX and data modelling.

• SQL Expertise - Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Python for Data Analysis - Experience using Pandas, NumPy, or similar for deeper insights and automation.

• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management - Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Commercial Impact - A track record of delivering data-driven solutions that improve performance, strategy, or operational efficiency.

• Curiosity for AI & Automation - Interest in leveraging AI tools such as Copilot to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.
