Asset Data Analyst

37 Hours Per Week

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Circa £21,000 (FTE £42,000 per annum)

We are looking for an Asset Data Analyst to join our Asset team on a fixed term basis, reporting to the Assistant Director for Asset & Sustainability. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock information, updating property compliance records, and managing energy data, all of which are essential for maintaining our homes to a high standard and ensuring customer safety.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Excellent IT skills, particularly with experience using Asset Management, Business Intelligence and Reporting Software.
• Experience writing reports to answer queries by analysing and interpreting data.
• Knowledge of data analysis and validation techniques, ideally gained within a construction/built/property environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Experience of manipulating large and complex datasets from a variety of different sources.
