TSA Riley is seeking an advanced Microsoft Excel user for the role of Data Analyst to support construction roll-out programmes across the UK. This position will involve gathering, analysing, and reporting on project data, working closely with project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Key Responsibilities for the Data Analyst role will include:
- Supporting with the development of the initial programme.
- Providing regular reporting on programme and portfolio performance.
- Managing the supply chain to ensure they are updating their programmes regularly.
- Providing resource/supplier allocation reporting and future capacity requirements.
- Ensuring financial information is being provided by the suppliers on a regular basis and transactions are recorded.
- Collaborating with suppliers and client team members to ensure the information/data flow is in line with the programme.
- During peak periods, providing administrative and coordination support to assist Project Managers.
- Maintaining the programme to meet the changes in the client requirements/ways of working as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Being an advanced MS Excel user and having the ability to
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of project financials and performance reporting.
- Ability to analyse data and produce detailed reports.
- Independent worker with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly IT literate and particularly proficient in Office 365, with advanced Excel skills including:
- Advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS)
- Pivot tables, charts, and VBA automation
- Data validation, protection, and external data connections
- Robust workbook/sheet design
- Co-Authoring (working in live workbooks shared in real-time)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
