Data Analyst

3 month initial contract role

£400 per day inside IR35

Onsite - Central London

Our client is looking for a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Analyst to join their dynamic Client Engagement team.

In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing customer relationship strategies by leveraging data insights to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and segmentation opportunities.
  2. Support the execution and performance tracking of CRM campaigns.
  3. Develop regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as recruitment, retention, and engagement rates.
  4. Collaborate with Client Engagement regional offices to align CRM efforts with broader business goals and Global Customer Strategy.
  5. Help enhance the customer journey by identifying gaps and opportunities for personalization.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in CRM, data analysis, or a similar role—preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
  3. Able to code in Databricks and comfortable working with large datasets.
  4. Passion for fashion, customer-centric thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
