We have an exciting opportunity for a Database Analyst to join our Global Occupier Services team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integrate data from various sources into databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
2. Manage and deliver reporting for the Transaction Management team on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
3. Prepare and maintain live dashboards and presentations for QBR meetings.
4. Act as an interface between the Transaction Management and tech teams, ensuring updates are efficient and meet requirements.
5. Optimize database schema, queries, and indexing strategies to improve performance.
6. Analyze database performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
7. Monitor database performance and resource utilization to address inefficiencies.
8. Assist the tech team with database migration projects, from planning through to validation.
9. Respond to client concerns on database issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions.
10. Maintain detailed documentation for database configurations and procedures.
11. Serve as the database best practices lead and super user for the tech team.
12. Build and sustain client trust in the integrity and accuracy of the data.
