Job description

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum with a total package of £40,250 (Bonus)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Cannock with hybrid and flexible working

What will you be doing?

  • Process and analyse the sales incentive schemes to month end deadlines - ensuring we are driving behaviours and performance that are aligned with organisational goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and help drive system adoption, including system development.
  • Use data-driven decisioning to identify new opportunities using internal and third party data.
  • Drive the win ratios, profitability and growth of our customer base.
  • Assist with ad hoc queries and data investigations.

You will be part of a Business Performance Team of ambitious, innovative and highly motivated individuals that all work effectively as a team and individually.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree level education in a business / analytical / mathematics subject (or relevant experience).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, MS Excel and Power BI (with DAX Studio and Tabular Editor) including report development and the ability to analyse complex datasets.
  • High problem solving ability.
  • Good organisational, stakeholder and time management skills.
  • An understanding of the sales process and Salesforce/CRM systems would be advantageous.
