What You’ll Do
Conduct analysis on various employment-related projects such as pay equity, layoffs, discrimination, pay reporting, affirmative action, audits, DEI, and litigation-related models.
Identify, extract, and transform raw data into structured, analysable formats, ensuring data accuracy and performing preliminary analyses.
Use tools like R, Excel, and other software to clean, manipulate, and analyse data.
Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Develop and document processes for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.
Clearly explain analysis and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Show interest in workforce analytics, using data to drive predictive insights and improve workplace efficiency.
Manage projects independently, meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed.
Track billable hours as part of project management.
Collaborate with team members to consistently deliver high-quality, timely results.
What You’ll Need
Relevant degree in the data field, such as Maths or Statistics.
1-3 years experience in a similar role.
