Are you passionate about data and its potential to drive success? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Data & AI Governance Consultant to champion our groupwide approach for smart and practical data governance at First Central. You'll be the go-to expert, helping our colleagues see data as the treasure it truly is, ensuring we handle it with the utmost care and integrity.
You'll transform Data Governance policies and standards into easy-to-understand nuggets that guide our colleagues across the group. Most importantly, you'll bring the significance of effective Data Governance to life for everyone through captivating storytelling and a practical, business-focused approach to help empower colleagues at all levels to drive benefit from data in a safe, responsible and ethical way whilst maintaining appropriate freedom to innovate and experiment. You’ll also identify new ways of embedding a strong Data Governance culture, driving enhanced processes and behaviours, to continually improve the maturity of our Data Governance framework.
Could you fit the bill? We're big on working flexibly - you'll spend most of your time working from home, with occasional visits to the office. But of course, it’s your choice - if you prefer to be in the office more - that's good with us too. Our offices are located in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, Salford Quays, Manchester, and Guernsey; it’s your choice – if you live further afield, we’ll accept applications for remote workers!
