Data Administrator
Location: Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid - 2 days from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Search is partnering with a well-established legal business in Liverpool City Centre to recruit a Data Administrator. As a Data Administrator, you will provide vital support to ensure their clients and colleagues receive a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for Administration support for the Data Steward team, involving assisting in the cleansing and maintaining of client and matter data tasks in compliance with regulatory obligations.
  2. Running searches to identify incomplete or inaccurate data and updating as required.
  3. Checking and verifying new data entries to ensure minimum data standards.
  4. Reviewing processes and procedures to ensure best practice is always implemented.
  5. Conducting regular housekeeping tasks within the client and matter inception tool, Intake, and the practice management system, Aderant, in order to maintain an efficient and streamlined process.
Your Skills and Experience
  1. Previous administration experience / data entry / compliance.
  2. Experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
  3. Exceptional prioritising/organisational skills.
  4. Strong ability to self-manage a large workload in a busy team.
