Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Administrator to join our team at RoofGiant and DoorGiant. This role will focus on collecting, organizing, and updating large sets of data from various sources, including pricing data and image databases, to provide valuable insights that will support business decisions and optimize operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong numerical mindset and experience working with data in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, organize, and update large datasets from multiple sources, including pricing, sales, and customer behaviour data.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to understand data needs and deliver impactful analysis.
3. Conduct regular audits of data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems.
4. Present complex data findings in a clear, actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Communicate with suppliers to manage the data input.
6. Assist with ad-hoc data requests, providing timely insights to support ongoing projects and strategic decisions.
7. Upload new products onto our online platform.
8. Update price amendments ensuring all images and information are up to date.
9. Optimize landing pages.
10. Conduct price reviews.
11. Identify and suggest content improvements.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in data management or a related role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
2. Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel including Vlookup & x3.
3. Experience analyzing pricing data.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or experience with updating price templates within an online platform.
