We are delighted to be partnering with a global organisation in their search for a Trainee Insurance Administrator. Our client offers an excellent working environment, with a spacious and modern office, promoting a relaxed and happy working atmosphere.
This role is suitable for someone starting their office-based career. Training will be provided through classroom and on-the-job learning.

Responsibilities

1. Creating documentation and gathering information from files.
2. Fully and accurately enter, amend, and update data onto relevant systems.
3. Responding to enquiries.
4. Reconciling and allocating payments.
5. Creating reports and processing premiums.
6. Quality checking documentations.

Requirements

1. Ability to analyse key information.
2. High attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to follow processes and procedures, and problem solve.
5. Willingness to learn.
6. An understanding of the general principles of insurance.
7. Positive attitude.
