Job Description:

Damp and Mould Project Manager

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Association in the East London area who are looking for a brand new Project Manager to join their team covering Damp and Mould projects.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has previous experience working on Social Housing Damp works projects.

Duties:

1. To manage all surveyors carrying out any technical inspections on the damp and mould works projects
2. To provide summary reports where required of all on-going managed cases and technical de-canted properties outlining levels of performance of the contractors and performance manage contractors delivering repairs to ensure strict timelines of completions are adhered to
3. To undertake technical inspections of the homes including all leased properties to distinguish planned works in line with the companies Policy's
4. Commercial Awareness within Reactive Repairs and Damp and Mould projects
5. To liaise, monitor and progress all planned maintenance to the home's regeneration stock through its DLO and partnering contractors

Key Knowledge:

1. Previous Social Housing experience required
2. Strong team player with excellent communication skills
3. Proactive approach to work
4. Proven track record for being Reliable and punctual
5. Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle
6. Experience working on repairs, damp and mould projects
7. IT Literate
