About Our Client

Working for a local authority based in Nottinghamshire.

Job Description

1. You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing.
2. You will also be required to complete associated repairs and maintenance including basic painting/decorating repairs.

The Successful Applicant

1. Previous experience working in a general maintenance/labouring role.
2. Experience undertaking mould washing would be beneficial.
3. You must have a valid driving license.
4. Good levels of customer service as work will be completed in occupied properties.

What's on Offer

1. 3 month temporary contract.
2. Working Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week.
3. Possibility for contract extension/to become permanent.
