Duties and Responsibilities

• Damp & mould maintenance, repairs, and treatment
• Social housing repairs and maintenance

Client Details

Working for a local authority based in Nottinghamshire.

Description

• You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing.
• You will also be required to complete associated repairs and maintenance, including basic painting and decorating repairs.

Profile

• Previous experience working in a general maintenance or labouring role.
• Experience undertaking mould washing would be beneficial.
• You must have a valid driving license.
• Good levels of customer service, as work will be completed in occupied properties.

Job Offer

• 3-month temporary contract.
• Working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
• Possibility for contract extension or to become permanent.
