The Job:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dairy Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 420-cow herd milked through six Fullwood Merlin Robots, installed in 2024. This is a full-time position offering a hands-on management role, covering all aspects of animal health, welfare, and breeding policy in collaboration with an external genetic company. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the dairy operation, while maintaining the highest standards of animal care.

1. Salary £40,000 DOE
