£25,000 - £40,000 DOE

I am currently working with a family run business with ambitious growth plans who are recruiting for a dairy engineer. This role will be predominantly field service but will also involve work onsite in Ripponden.

Dairy Engineer Requirements:

• Experience working within the dairy/milking industry or a keen interest in this area
• Able to fault find and repair on dairy/milking equipment or a keen interest in this area
• Mechanical Engineering experience/qualifications
• Great interpersonal skills
• Must have a driving licence
• Strong working knowledge of dairy farm operations across a variety of farm, electrical and mechanical disciplines

Dairy Engineer Duties:

• Travel to customer sites to attend to breakdowns or servicing and planned requirements.
• Attend site to install and repair a full range of dairy production machinery
• Fault finding and repair across a range of agricultural equipment
• Support farmer customers by communicating technical benefits of its parlor and milking equipment packages
