D365 F&O Functional Consultant Hybrid, 2 days on-site per month £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (Minimum 2 years hands-on D365 F&O Experience)
We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join our growing team. As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and implement D365 F&O solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You'll join a close-knit team which includes 1 Lead Consultant, 2 Functional Consultants (including yourself), and a Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply your knowledge and experience to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, efficient, and secure solutions within D365.
Take ownership of, build, and configure D365. Collaborate with the project team to define the development agenda.
Lead workshops with stakeholders from across the business.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Work with external consultants to build a cohesive solution.
Identify the business impact of change, considering processes, people, and systems.
Assist in defining test scripts and support the testing process.
Ensure training plans and materials align with the new platform.
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience with D365 F&O.
Familiarity with D365 F&O implementations, preferably with a focus on retail processes.
Strong desire to learn and work independently, while also being part of a team.
Ability to communicate well with both technical and business teams.
Retail industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Experience with at least one D365 F&O module is essential such as: Supply chain, Warehousing, Finance, Retail POS.
Eager to learn, hardworking, and able to work independently.
